Shipping Rates from the USA to Canada

For example only, shipping a 100 lb. package valued at $200.00 from Celina, Ohio to Ogoki, Ontario costs an additional $253.61 with FedEx International Ground®. A smaller package of 5 lbs. valued at $50.00 costs an additional $50.69. Faster shipping options are available. For exact shipping quotes, please email us at info@nurserybuilders.com. Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email, indicating we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We'll then check with our suppliers for stock availability. If an item is backordered or unavailable, we'll void the pre-authorization and notify you. If the item is in stock, we'll process the charges and prepare your order for shipment within seven business days.

Order Shipment:

In-stock orders ship within seven business days once charges are processed. You'll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our corporate office. If you don't receive tracking information within seven business days, please contact us at support@nurserybuilders.com.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping – Ground Shipping (Smaller Items): We use FedEx ground shipping. No signature is required; the carrier will leave the package at your usual delivery location. Track your shipment on our website or the FedEx website. Delivery might be delayed due to weather or safety concerns. Very small items may ship via USPS in a Flat Rate Box.

Multiple Shipments:

If your order includes items from different manufacturers, they may ship to us from different warehouses and can arrive on different dates. We will email you all tracking numbers once the items are shipped from our corporate office to you if the manufacturer does not offer direct shipping. Multiple ground shipments might be consolidated and shipped via a freight carrier, depending on the total number of items and weight.

Tracking Information:

After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

International Shipping:

We currently ship internationally to Canada only.

Upon Delivery:

If you notice any damage to the box or item upon delivery, please note this on the delivery receipt to ensure we can promptly address the issue.

Returns and Exchanges:
